The premise

As the world changes, how do we grow with it without losing what makes us human?

Most conversations pick a side. One treats change as a technology story — models, markets, restructures. The other treats it as a personal story — burnout, boundaries, motivation. Nobody actually lives in only one of those.

What happens out there reaches into how we think, decide, work and rest. Between Minds sits in that overlap, and keeps an honest conversation running across it.

Two perspectives

One conversation, held from two vantage points.

Their fields are lenses, not limitations. Neither host stays in a lane — they simply start from different places.

What we explore

Three threads, always running together.

01

The Changing World

Technology, work, education, culture, leadership, and the developments that quietly reshape how we live before we notice them.

02

The Human Experience

Mental well-being, relationships, identity, motivation, purpose, and the ordinary work of navigating change.

03

The Work of Growth

Learning, habits, career development, leadership, and the unglamorous distance between an insight and an action.

The conversations

The questions we keep returning to.

The threads that shape each week's conversation — and the archive as it grows.

  1. 01

Is AI making us more productive — or just more overwhelmed?

The tools promised leverage. Many people got more inputs instead. Where the gain is real, and where it is noise.

    The Changing World
  2. 02

What does it actually mean to get your life together?

The phrase does a lot of quiet damage. We take it apart and ask what people are really reaching for underneath it.

    The Human Experience
  3. 03

The future of work is changing. Are we changing with it?

Skills, identity, and the uncomfortable gap between what organisations are becoming and what people were trained for.

    The Work of Growth
  4. 04

Can you be ambitious and still have a healthy life?

Not a balance lecture. A look at what ambition costs, what it gives back, and who gets to choose the terms.

    The Human Experience

Why bother

Nobody needs another opinion delivered at speed. What's harder to find is two people thinking carefully, in public, about the same week from opposite ends.

The letter

Join the conversation before it starts.

A short note when an episode lands, plus the reading and thinking that went into it. Nothing else.

Between Minds only. No list sharing, and you can leave whenever you like.
